Loyal Hearts Club, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") operates the Loyal Hearts Club platform (the "Platform," "App," or "Service"), a relationship platform built on the principle that relationships should be built on honesty. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Loyal Hearts Club, LLC governing your access to and use of the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility
1.1. Minimum Age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the Service. Age is verified at registration based on your date of birth and enforced throughout your use of the Platform.
1.2. Legal Capacity. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
1.3. One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted only one (1) account. Your phone number serves as a unique identifier to enforce this requirement. Attempting to create multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or permanent ban.
1.4. Geographic Availability. The Service is currently available to users located in the United States. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location at any time.
2. Account Creation and Registration
2.1. Required Information. To create an account, you must provide the following information truthfully and accurately:
- Email address (used for login, identity verification, and communication)
- Phone number (used for anti-duplicate enforcement and SMS verification)
- Password (stored using bcrypt hashing — your plaintext password is never stored)
- First name and last name (displayed on your profile)
- Date of birth (used for age verification, age display, and discovery group assignment)
- Gender (male, female, or non-binary — used for profile display and discovery matching)
- Sexual orientation (men, women, or both — determines which gender pool you browse)
- Discovery pool preference (men, women, or both — determines which search pools you appear in)
- Location: city and state (used for metro-area matching and discovery grouping — we do not collect GPS coordinates or precise location data)
2.2. Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension or termination.
2.3. Verification. Your email address is verified via a one-time passcode (OTP). Your phone number is verified via SMS using Firebase Identity Toolkit. You must complete both verification steps to fully activate your account.
2.4. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@loyalheartsclub.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via time-based one-time password (TOTP) authenticator apps, and we strongly encourage you to enable it.
2.5. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
3. Consent Management
3.1. Required Consents at Registration. At registration, you must affirmatively consent to the following documents:
- Terms of Service (this document)
- Privacy Policy
- Safety Ledger Policy
3.2. Biometric Data Consent. Separate consent for the collection of biometric data is required before you initiate photo verification. This consent is governed by our Biometric Data Policy.
3.3. Version Tracking. Each consent you provide is recorded with your user ID, the consent type, the document version, a timestamp, and the IP address from which consent was given. This creates an immutable audit trail: new consent records are created as new entries; prior consent records are preserved and never deleted.
3.4. Re-Consent. When we update any legal document to a new version, you will be presented with a re-consent interstitial the next time you access the Service. You must accept the updated document to continue using the Service.
3.5. Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to specific legal documents. However, withdrawing consent to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Biometric Data Policy will result in the automatic deactivation of your account, as these are necessary for us to provide the Service.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
4.1. General Conduct. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its purpose as a relationship platform built on honesty and transparency. You agree to treat other users with respect and dignity.
4.2. Prohibited Activities. You agree that you will NOT:
(a) Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
(b) Harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, or threaten any other user;
(c) Post, send, or share content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
(d) Misrepresent your identity, age, gender, or any other personal information, including by using another person's photos;
(e) Create more than one account, or create a new account after your previous account has been banned;
(f) Use the Service to solicit money, goods, or services from other users;
(g) Engage in any form of spam, including sending unsolicited or repetitive messages;
(h) Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or content-moderation features of the Service;
(i) Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technologies) to access, collect data from, or interact with the Service;
(j) Engage in scamming, catfishing, or any form of deceptive behavior toward other users;
(k) Impersonate any person, organization, or entity, including employees or representatives of Loyal Hearts Club;
(l) Post content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
(m) Use the Service to promote any commercial product, business, or service without our explicit written permission;
(n) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying architecture of the Service;
(o) Attempt to access another user's account or personal information without authorization;
(p) Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service; or
(q) Assist, encourage, or enable any other person to do any of the foregoing.
4.3. Consequences. Violations of this Section may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or the creation of a Safety Ledger entry to prevent future re-registration. We reserve the right to take enforcement action at our sole discretion.
5. Transparency Features — The Open Book
5.1. Core Philosophy. Loyal Hearts Club is built on the principle of radical transparency. Certain information about your profile activity is visible to other users to foster honest interactions.
5.2. Visible Information. The following information is displayed on your profile and visible to other users who view it (collectively, "The Open Book"):
(a) Active Conversation Count — The number of active conversations you currently have, displayed as "X of 5";
(b) Pair Lock History — The number of Pair Locks you have participated in within the prior 24 months;
(c) Member Since Date — The date you created your account;
(d) Photo Verified Status — Whether you have completed photo verification, and the date on which verification was completed;
(e) Admirer Tier — Your tier placement (upper, middle, or bottom third) based on your 90-day rolling admirer count;
(f) Validation Count — The number of Pair Lock validations you have participated in; and
(g) Lock Count — The number of Dating Locks and Pair Locks entered within the prior 24 months.
5.3. Acknowledgment. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that the information described in Section 5.2 will be visible to other users. This transparency is a fundamental feature of the Platform and cannot be disabled.
6. Discovery System
6.1. Metro-Area Matching. Discovery is based on your self-reported city and state. We do not use GPS coordinates or precise location tracking. Discovery for a given metro area activates only when a minimum of 250 users are registered in that metro.
6.2. Discovery Groups. Users are organized into discovery groups based on metro area, target gender, and age band (18–24, 25–34, 35–44, 45+). Within groups, you may further filter by faith preference and children status, with live user counts displayed.
6.3. Equal Visibility. We do not use algorithmic ranking or recommendation systems within discovery. All users within a discovery group receive equal visibility. We employ an anti-attention-consolidation system using admirer tiers and tier-cycled feed ordering to promote fairness.
7. Admirers Queue and Connections
7.1. Pending Requests. Your admirers queue may hold a maximum of ten (10) pending items at any given time.
7.2. Active Conversations. You may maintain a maximum of five (5) active conversations simultaneously. Your current conversation count is visible to other users as part of The Open Book.
7.3. Intent Labels. When sending an admirer request, you must select an intent label: Conversation, Coffee date, Romantic, or See where it goes. This label is visible to the recipient.
7.4. Set Me Up. The "Set Me Up" feature allows users to refer friends to other users on the platform by sending a friend referral. Use of this feature is subject to all other provisions of these Terms.
8. Progressive Commitment System
Loyal Hearts Club employs a progressive commitment model with three stages: Single, Dating, and Paired. The transition between stages is governed by the following systems:
8.1. Dating Lock (Single → Dating)
(a) Purpose. A Dating Lock is a mutual, exclusive dating commitment between two users. Both users must agree to enter the Dating Lock.
(b) Duration. Each Dating Lock has a six (6) month duration.
(c) Effects on Activation. Upon activation of a Dating Lock:
- Your admirers queue is cleared and disabled;
- All other active conversations are deleted; and
- Your status changes from Single to Dating.
(d) Nudge Notifications. Throughout the Dating Lock period, the Platform will send escalating nudge notifications encouraging the couple to assess their relationship and consider progressing to a Pair Lock.
(e) Dissolution. Either party may dissolve the Dating Lock at any time. Upon dissolution:
- Both users return to Single status; and
- A six (6) month pair-specific cooldown is imposed, during which the same two users may not enter a new Dating Lock or Pair Lock with each other.
8.2. Pair Lock (Dating → Paired)
(a) Purpose. A Pair Lock represents a formal commitment between two users in a Dating Lock, transitioning their status to Paired.
(b) Validator Requirement. Four (4) external validators, who must be currently Paired users themselves, must independently approve the Pair Lock request before it can proceed.
(c) Payment. Each partner in the Pair Lock must pay ten dollars ($10.00 USD) via PayPal. If one partner does not complete payment within seven (7) days, any payment already made by the other partner is refunded.
(d) Effects. Upon successful completion:
- Both users' status changes from Dating to Paired; and
- A couple profile is automatically created for the pair.
9. Couples Corner
9.1. Access. Couples Corner is available exclusively to users with Paired status.
9.2. Couple Profile. Paired users share a couple profile that may include a display name, bio, "how we met" narrative, anniversary date, shared interests, city, and a couple photo.
9.3. Couple-to-Couple Group Chat. Paired couples may initiate group chats with other Paired couples. Each group chat includes all four (4) individuals, and all messages within the chat are visible to all four participants. This is by design and reflects the Platform's commitment to transparency.
9.4. Browse and Search. Paired users may browse and search for other couples within the Couples Corner.
9.5. Validation Role. Paired users may be asked to serve as validators for other users' Pair Lock requests, as described in Section 8.2(b).
10. Outcome-Based Pricing
10.1. No Subscriptions. Loyal Hearts Club does not charge subscription fees, monthly dues, or recurring charges. Pricing is outcome-based: you pay only when you achieve meaningful relationship milestones.
10.2. Connect Access. A one-time payment of ten dollars ($10.00 USD) grants you access to connect features, including the ability to send and receive admirer requests and engage in conversations.
10.3. Pair Lock Fee. Each partner pays ten dollars ($10.00 USD) when transitioning from Dating to Paired status via a Pair Lock, as described in Section 8.2(c).
10.4. Total Lifetime Cost. The maximum total cost for a user progressing from Single through to committed (Paired) status is twenty dollars ($20.00 USD).
10.5. Payment Processing. All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card number or full payment card details. We store only the PayPal payer ID, order ID, and capture ID for record-keeping purposes.
10.6. Refunds. If your partner does not complete their Pair Lock payment within seven (7) days, your payment will be automatically refunded. For other refund inquiries, please contact support@loyalheartsclub.com.
11. Messaging
11.1. Real-Time Messaging. The Service provides real-time messaging via WebSocket connections. Messages may include text, images, and system-generated messages.
11.2. Message Types. Messages fall into three categories:
- Text — user-composed written messages;
- Image — user-sent image content, subject to all content moderation policies; and
- System — automatically generated messages related to platform events.
11.3. Read Receipts and Typing Indicators. The Service provides per-user read state indicators and typing indicators. These features support the Platform's commitment to transparency in communication.
11.4. Message Retention. Conversations are soft-deleted (never permanently erased) to support content moderation, user safety investigations, and compliance obligations.
11.5. Monitoring. We reserve the right to review message content for the purposes of content moderation, safety enforcement, and responding to user reports, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Community Features
12.1. Topics (Community Discussion)
(a) User-Created Topics. Users may create discussion topics with a maximum length of 120 characters. A user may have up to twenty (20) active topics at any time.
(b) Topic Expiry. Topics expire automatically after two (2) weeks.
(c) Threaded Replies. Users may reply to topics in a threaded format and may like other users' replies.
(d) Paired User Posting. Users with Paired status post under their couple profile.
(e) Content Standards. All Topics content is subject to the same content moderation and prohibited activities standards set forth in these Terms.
12.2. Monogamy Weekly
(a) Description. Monogamy Weekly is a founder-hosted weekly community session conducted via Google Meet.
(b) Capacity. Each session is limited to one hundred (100) RSVPs.
(c) Participation. Each user may submit up to three (3) questions per session.
(d) Access. A Google Meet link is shared with RSVP'd users prior to the session.
(e) Conduct. Participation in Monogamy Weekly sessions is subject to the same user conduct standards set forth in Section 4 of these Terms.
13. Photos and Content
13.1. Photo Uploads. You may upload multiple photos to your profile. Each uploaded photo is stored in three size variants (thumbnail, medium, and full resolution) for optimal display across the Platform.
13.2. Content Moderation. All uploaded photos are scanned using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for content moderation. Photos that exceed safety thresholds may be automatically rejected. Photos that fall within an intermediate range are placed in a manual moderation queue for review by our moderation team.
13.3. Storage. Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 in production environments. Photos are served securely and are accessible only through authenticated Platform endpoints.
13.4. Ownership. You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Loyal Hearts Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and providing the Service.
13.5. Content Standards. You agree not to upload photos or content that are sexually explicit, violent, hateful, deceptive (e.g., photos of someone other than yourself), or otherwise in violation of Section 4 of these Terms.
14. Photo Verification and Biometric Data
14.1. Purpose. Photo verification is used to confirm that the person in your profile photos is you. This protects all users against catfishing and fraudulent accounts.
14.2. Process. Photo verification involves a random pose challenge (liveness detection). The system extracts a 128-dimensional face encoding from your verification selfie and compares it against your primary profile photo.
14.3. Separate Consent. You must provide separate, affirmative consent to our Biometric Data Policy before initiating photo verification. This consent is distinct from the consents granted at registration.
14.4. Verification Badge. Upon successful verification, a verification badge is displayed on your profile, tied to your specific primary photo. If you change your primary photo, your badge is revoked and you must re-verify. Re-verification must match your stored face embedding (chain of trust).
14.5. Attempt Limits. You are limited to ten (10) verification attempts per primary photo. New users are granted a seven (7) day grace period.
14.6. Moderation Violations. Accumulating three (3) content moderation violations (across photo uploads, bio content, or messages) results in automatic account suspension.

15. Content Moderation and Enforcement
15.1. Automated Moderation. We use AI-powered tools, including Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch, to scan photos for prohibited content. Text moderation is applied to bios and messages. A unified moderation queue tracks AI scan scores, severity assessments, and content snapshots for moderator review.
15.2. Violation Escalation. Accumulating three (3) moderation violations results in automatic account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts for a single severe violation at our sole discretion.
15.3. Moderation Actions. Available enforcement actions include, but are not limited to:
- Content removal;
- Warning;
- Temporary suspension;
- Permanent ban; and
- Safety Ledger entry creation (for banned or deleted accounts).
15.4. Audit Trail. All moderation actions are logged in an immutable audit log that records the acting administrator or moderator, the action taken, the affected user, detailed metadata (including before and after state), IP address, and timestamp.
16. User Reporting and Blocking
16.1. Reporting. You may report other users for the following reasons: harassment, inappropriate content, fake profile, scam, underage user, threatening behavior, spam, or other. Reports are never deleted and form a permanent audit trail.
16.2. Report Review. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may take any enforcement action described in Section 15.3 based on our review findings.
16.3. Blocking. You may block any other user. Blocking is stored unidirectionally but has a bidirectional effect: once you block another user, neither of you will be able to see or interact with the other. The blocked user is not notified that they have been blocked.
16.4. Support Tickets. You may submit support tickets for account issues, verification disputes, billing questions, bug reports, feedback, or other matters. Support tickets are tracked by status and admin response and are never deleted. Submit tickets at support@loyalheartsclub.com.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1. Our Intellectual Property. The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and underlying code, is the property of Loyal Hearts Club, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Loyal Hearts Club," the Loyal Hearts Club logo, and "Relationships, built on honesty" are trademarks of Loyal Hearts Club, LLC.
17.2. License to Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
17.3. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service or any content therein, except for your own user-generated content as described in Section 13.4.
17.4. Your Content. You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Platform, subject to the license granted in Section 13.4.
17.5. Feedback. If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
18. Third-Party Services
18.1. Integrated Services. The Platform integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality. These services include:

18.2. Third-Party Terms. Your use of the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by these third-party providers. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of these services.
18.3. No Endorsement. Integration with third-party services does not constitute an endorsement of those services by Loyal Hearts Club.
19. Account Deactivation and Termination
19.1. User-Initiated Deactivation. You may deactivate your account at any time. Deactivation is reversible — your data is preserved, and you may reactivate your account by logging back in.
19.2. Admin-Initiated Deletion. We may delete your account if you violate these Terms or if required for safety or security reasons. Upon admin-initiated deletion:
- Your personally identifiable information (PII) is anonymized;
- A Safety Ledger entry is created as described in Section 20; and
- You will not be able to reactivate the account.
19.3. Ban. We may permanently ban your account for severe or repeated violations of these Terms. A ban:
- Blocks your ability to log in;
- Creates a Safety Ledger entry; and
- May prevent you from creating a new account in the future.
19.4. Effect on Active Commitments. If your account is deactivated, deleted, or banned while you are in a Dating Lock or Pair Lock, the lock will be dissolved. Your partner will be notified.
19.5. Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 28.
20. Safety Ledger
20.1. Purpose. The Safety Ledger is a fraud-prevention system that retains limited non-reconstructive identity data after account deletion or ban to prevent re-registration by banned users, detect ban evasion, and protect the safety of the user community.
20.2. Data Retained. The Safety Ledger retains only: hashed phone number, hashed email address, face embedding (128-float vector), ban record IDs, and hashed device fingerprints. These data points are non-reconstructive — your name, photos, bio, preferences, messages, and conversations are NOT retained.
20.3. Legal Basis. The Safety Ledger is maintained under the legal authority of CCPA § 1798.105(d)(2) (detect security incidents, protect against fraud) and TDPSA § 541.107 (prevent or detect fraud, identity theft, and harassment).

21. Disclaimers
21.1. "As Is" Service. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21.2. No Guarantee of Results. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A ROMANTIC PARTNER, ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RELATIONSHIP OUTCOME, OR HAVE ANY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
21.3. User Interactions. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS.
21.4. Availability. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
22. Limitation of Liability
22.1. Cap on Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOYAL HEARTS CLUB, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(a) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
(b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
(c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR
(d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
22.2. Maximum Liability. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00 USD).
22.3. Applicability. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE.
23. Indemnification
23.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loyal Hearts Club, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Your use of the Service;
(b) Your violation of these Terms;
(c) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(d) Your content or information you provide through the Service; or
(e) Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
24. Dispute Resolution
24.1. Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us at legal@loyalheartsclub.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days.
24.2. Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Loyal Hearts Club, LLC agree to resolve the dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration shall take place in Austin, Texas, unless both parties agree otherwise.
24.3. Class Action Waiver. YOU AND LOYAL HEARTS CLUB, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
24.4. Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding Section 24.2, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Travis County, Texas, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.
24.5. Injunctive Relief. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
25. Governing Law
25.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
25.2. To the extent that any court proceeding is permitted under these Terms, you and Loyal Hearts Club, LLC agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
26. Changes to These Terms
26.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
(a) Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document;
(b) Increment the version number;
(c) Notify you via email or in-app notification; and
(d) Present a re-consent interstitial requiring your acceptance of the updated Terms before you may continue using the Service.
26.2. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
27. Severability
27.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
28. Entire Agreement
28.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Biometric Data Policy, and Safety Ledger Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loyal Hearts Club, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
